The Skinny: From author Dean Browell, "This entire section was pulled basically because it slowed down the first quarter of the book. I really like Carter and I think his origin is 'cool' but not exactly interesting narrative. Plus, the book strays from outright origins for the most part, so this would have been an anomoly. All of it is in-continuity though, so enjoy!" Spoliers?: "Minor. While people who haven't read the book don't know who Carter is or what the referenced 'list' is about, the section won't ruin anything for anyone." |
